Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 by TÜV NORD, Germany. It governs every order from inquiry through dispatch, with documented controls at each manufacturing stage.
In-house R&D and tool room
Our own design, tooling and inspection teams translate customer drawings into production-ready brass parts and hold tight, repeatable tolerances across high-volume runs.
Material grades and lead-free compliance
Because we cast and extrude our own brass, we control alloy composition directly. We work across grades including C36000, C37700, DZR and lead-free alloys, with full traceability and compliance for global markets.
Inspection process
Incoming material, in-process dimensions and finished parts are inspected against specification using calibrated instruments, with records retained for every batch.
